What websites do you visit every day?

Hmm... I'm a gamer (at least I was until my 360 screwed itself) so I always manage to check out at least www.kotaku.com and probably www.destructoid.com, www.xbox360fanboy.com and www.digg.com (although I use Digg for all kinds of news). I'll of course check my Gmail, and www.scribd.com. I'm a pretty random surfer though, so I visit a large volume of different sites.
PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR VOX!
It always starts with boredom. Any creative endeavour I undertake is motivated purely by a need to fill the void of mind-numbing tedium. Thats how the concept of this blog came to fruition, and it will probably be what drives me to abandon this in the near future when I become bored of it. Thus is the life of what I create.
I suppose that I should probably say something deep and meaningful, to pique your interest so that you may become a returning visitor; although I doubt anyone will even ever read this. It is a sad reality that the blogosphere has inflated to such gargantuan proportions and has failed to sustain itself, and often it seems as if there are more blogs than readers. For the innovators and originators who have managed to stay afloat as others perished have consumed much of the readership potential, leaving smaller sites (such as this one) to flounder with little or no appreciation. Why would anyone venture any further than necessary to discover information that is readily available on a popular blog? The only way to find a perfect niche is to strike something unique, something that screams "instantly popular." You can guerilla market for all eternity and ever only accumulate a small amount of hits, as its the RETURNING visitors that blog needs to survive.
Every time you blink your eyes, somewhere out there, a blog dies. Don't let the trend continue. Sharing a piece of yourself with the world is all what the Internet is about, but if there is no one there to consume that content, its akin to talking to a brick wall (and at least the brick wall won't spam).
I've created numerous blogs which have simply been swallowed up into the great rolling behemoth that is the Internet, probably never to be seen again, eroding away in Google's archives in a small, out of the way corner where no one would even see it. I'm certainly not alone. In the age of the Web 2.0, one would think that among the Zazzles, Flickrs and other such buzz-wordy named sites there'd be one effective method of finding visitors for your blog. While there are some marginally successful ways (such as Digg) for the most part, it is very hard to reach an audience. It is troubling to think that some of the best content is so deep and hidden that it may never be discovered by the masses.
And so, prepare yourself for my world. It is a bleak, dystopian vision of the Internet as it exists in the year 2007. It is a recount of pop culture and entertainment. It is a source on Anime, videogames and the like. It is: Jimzzor's World. And don't you forget it.
